To truly solve issues, one must find the root cause. Business book after business book will offer this advice, yet few tell you HOW to do it. There is nothing intuitive about throwing a group of people around a table to solve issues in a logical and productive manner.

In this workshop, you will learn a variety of problem-solving methods to become more effective problem-solvers, prioritize the work, avoid rabbit holes, and kick a little more ass in meetings.

Simplified Strategic Planning for the Solopreneur

If you’re a one-person shop (maybe 2?), and think you don’t need to follow the same business practices as the big kids, then this workshop is for you! Or, it’s quite possible that when you work alone, it’s just plain hard to sit down and brainstorm with yourself (never interrupt solo-preneur talking to themselves…they’re having a staff meeting). 

In this workshop, I’ll help you create a strategic plan that contains all of the same, essential elements as bigger organizations. It will help you get dialed in on your vision and strategy, create accountability and clarity (crossing your fingers is not a strategy, y’all) and do it in an environment of other solo practitioners where you can learn from each other so you can all get out there and shine!

This workshop is intended for small business owners (under 10 employees) who want guidance in creating a clear, concise road map of where they’re going and how they’re going to get there. Taught in a group setting, you’ll be able to bounce ideas off like-minded individuals. We’ll do some reflection on where you’ve been and then create a kick-ass plan for 2025 and beyond.

From learning how to run productive meetings that allow you to stay on top of issues and priorities, to building scorecards and KPIs that provide predictive insights, you’ll start understanding the tools and discipline it takes to stay focused on executing your plan.
