I thought so, too, which is why I became a certified coach six years ago so that I could help teams journey to greatness by giving them a language to talk about how they are naturally wired, where they shine and excel, and how to communicate their natural patterns of thinking and behaving.

My CliftonStrengths Workshops are tailored to the specific needs and outcomes of each team. But the essentials elements include:
- Taking the assessment and giving everyone the opportunity to learn about themselves and what makes them tick
- Looking at the composition of the team and learning about each other
- Engaging exercises to learn how we can use these findings to work together better as a team and make sure our own needs are being met
