When Don Clifton created the CliftonStrengths assessment tool, it was out of a desire to celebrate and focus on what was right with people instead of what is wrong with them. Brilliant, right?
I thought so, too, which is why I became a certified coach six years ago so that I could help teams journey to greatness by giving them a language to talk about how they are naturally wired, where they shine and excel, and how to communicate their natural patterns of thinking and behaving.
Since 1999, more than 30 million people (they just announced this incredible milestone!) have completed the assessment creating a global conversation that focuses on our natural gifts and talents.
CliftonStrengths will help you discover and celebrate what you’re good at!
My CliftonStrengths Workshops are tailored to the specific needs and outcomes of each team. But the essentials elements include:
- Taking the assessment and giving everyone the opportunity to learn about themselves and what makes them tick
- Looking at the composition of the team and learning about each other
- Engaging exercises to learn how we can use these findings to work together better as a team and make sure our own needs are being met
Of course, it was interesting learning about myself, but it gave me a deeper appreciation and understanding of my teammates. I had a much greater understanding of how they think, act, and behave. It was eye-opening for all of us.”

Invest in Your Team
Most businesses prioritize setting goals, implementing processes, and creating standards and expectations.
What’s important to remember is that people drive all of those efforts. It only makes sense that investing in those people and the teams they work on contribute significantly to successful outcomes.
